Glass artist Flo Perkins has been creating work inspired by the colors and forms of the New Mexico desert for more than 20 years. Her work is a whimsical, colorful, and richly textured interpretation of natural form. Perkins' vibrant work can be seen in numerous private and public collections such as the Norton Museum in Florida, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Boston Athenaeum Library. | Dale Chihuly — Basket Set |
The Basket Series, one of the artist’s  earliest, is inspired by Indian baskets and the “grace of their slumped, sagging forms.” This understated, yet innately elegant seven-piece basket set is exemplary of the series. The lupine blue color and subtle form of the piece harkens back to Chihuly’s early work. This is an excellent addition to any collection.

| "Zanfirico Pear" by Joey Kirkpatrick / Flora C. Mace |
Seattle artists, Joey Kirkpatrick and Flora C. Mace  have worked as a collaborative team for over 30 years after meeting at the Pilchuck Glass School. Their work is showcased in many museum collections throughout the world such as the Young Memorial Museum in San Francisco and the Musee des Arts Decoratifs in Switzerland. This large scale blown-glass pear is a rare work from the artists’ private archives. The detailed and richly varied surface treatment in green, yellow and orange is accomplished using a technique called zanfirico cane pick-ups.
